Hwa Jin wants to help but when some understanding needed she can’t have it because of her fear and jealousy. Pretty much like on the show.
First night is planned but it’s tricky to write on Russian so it still understandable on English. Maybe I write it on both languages because it’s too important plot point to miss ☺

Я думаю, ситуация с ХваДжин довольно канонична, в дораме Чольджон не торопился залезть к ней под юбку😂😂 у них не было страсти, только идеализированная любовь, в которую они сами поверили.
Кстати, все равно, когда я смотрела дораму мне казалось это нереалистичным, что мужчина не пользуется своим положением, когда столько женщин красивых вокруг😂
Ещё мне понравилась мысль в начале главы, что вдовстующая королева выбрала Соен как Королёву из за ее характера, в этом есть смысл, о ее уверенности и упрямстве королева упоминала в дораме

У них какая-то наивная влюблённость была, такое ощущение что было то пару свиданий максимум. Да и занят Король делом был, не до этого вообще. С другой стороны, стоило один раз поцеловаться и парень поплыл. В следующий раз одного касания до щёчки хватило и его уже не остановить 😂 долгое воздержание плохо на здоровье влияет 🤭
Я стараюсь основываться на канон по максимуму и Сунвон не один раз говорила что Сойонг смелая. Она не была такой безбашенной, но характер был всегда ✌

That’s so cute. Both of them are pretending to be asleep 🥰 I love seeing the happy Soyong here and CJ wanting to join them! And sooooo sweet to see they are waving each other!! My heart is happy with the improvement of their relationship though they are not yet friends. hahaha
I am excited to see how would CJ react when he’ll learn they both share the same mindset about having babies and how would he feel and respond when hearing that the Queen is feeling sorry since she is in a loveless marriage…

I don’t know why, but I feel so sorry for SY in this chapter. She tried her best but people still hate her. And I hate HJ. Her kind of crocodile tears make me so sick. And the fact that CJ comes to her at night to comfort her isn’t ok for me either. I hope SY will show CJ how little she cares for him now. He deserves all the bitterness and hatred from her too. And sorry for being so emotional like this 😩. Sometimes I wish SY can escape the palace and live her life for good.

You know, when show was aired it was my headcanon for the finale. That she help him with rebellion but ask to depose her right after so they go separate ways. With CJ regretting deeply that he destroyed his own happiness like that. But of course it was before pregnancy, so headcanon destroyed. Anyway I feel you, I wish SY escaped this toxic place and toxic people.
I didn’t want to give HJ even this fake night but wanted to write CJ who wants protect everyone but refusing to give ministers what they want.
And as SY said, she’s not intending to sleep with the King even if he changes his mind. He’s not getting away easy just because they civil now.

Hwa Jin is sooooo soooo annoying. If I was there, I think I want to drag her out of that room, whoever the owner may be. She throws tantrums in almost everything and she even have the guts to go up against our best girl when she is a liar. What a bitch.
For So Yong and Cheoljong, the fact that both of them have the same mindset about this, it atleast puts my heart at ease. They think that they might not be friends, but having the same point of view is a start. CJ gets no pressure from SY and vice versa. But both are pitiful characters as well. huhuhuhuhuhu they are both tied and become puppets of Anong Kim Clan. Imagine all eyes are on you always. 🙁

I think the baby issue going to be a huge deal in this fic even before pregnancy. It’s an important topic for our couple. They both want to be parents (and will be absolutely amazing parents) but many things against it. It’s so sad =(

I adore this mature So-Yong! I am so happy for her and trying to be assertive with Hwa-Jin concerning the book she cherishes. I love the pace of this story. It seems CJ is the one struggling the most (that I ALMOST feel bad for him). But I can see why he does not want any children right now, especially when a poor little child is used as a political tool. Anyway, HJ’s emotions seem to always be up high and everything is a competition with SY… And yet she complained to CJ that he does not share things anymore when she herself does not support it.
But I am excited for SY’s adventure, as usual! 💕
